Delivery Information

Our aim is to ensure that your delivery goes as smoothly and as efficiently as possible. We will handle your goods with care throughout the delivery process.

Once you have placed an order, a member of our team will be in touch to arrange a convenient delivery date. This is a Monday to Friday service, and excludes bank holidays.

Where we deliver

Our delivery service covers England and Wales. Destinations to Scotland by special arrangement.

Delivery time

Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. As soon as we receive and check the items, we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date. If the items come into stock sooner, we will contact you to see if you can accept an earlier delivery date.

If you place an order for several items, we will wait for all the items to come into stock before arranging delivery. In some cases, we may be able to arrange a split delivery. For example, if we have some of the items in stock, and there is a delay on the other items.

We do our utmost to ensure that we quote accurate delivery times. But, if for whatever reason there is a delay on your order, we will advise you on this as soon as possible.

Bespoke orders may take longer than the standard 2 weeks’ delivery time. We will advise you on an estimated delivery time after we confirm this with the manufacturer.

How we deliver

We will deliver your goods on a 7.5 tones vehicle. When we are at the property, a tail lift will lower the goods to the ground. Then, we use a pump truck to transport the goods to the property.

Please ensure that there is clear access to the property. This will ensure that the delivery runs as smoothly as possible. It is important that you let us know about access restrictions before delivery. This includes narrow lanes, uneven ground, gravelled drives and/or any other restrictions.  The delivery driver will move the goods as close as possible to the entrance, this depends on access.

Please inspect the goods on delivery and sign the paperwork provided by the driver if you are happy. If there is any damage, please mark this on the paperwork and contact us as soon as possible.
